00 — hello

i build systems for chaotic environments.

iit patna · maths and computing

air 5095 · jee advanced 2023

cracked one of the toughest exams in the world at 17

i work across product, operations, design, and systems.

most of my work lives in fast moving environments where ambiguity is normal and speed matters more than presentations.

i like solving operational chaos, turning messy workflows into systems, and shipping before people finish discussing.

01 — saturn labs

at saturn labs, i worked as an extension of the founding team across product, operations, hiring, and execution.

i built internal systems connecting field operations with backend workflows.

most days involved solving ambiguous problems with unrealistic timelines.

sometimes the gap between idea and deployment was less than a day.

02 — inter iit tech meet 14.0

i led inter iit tech meet 14.0 at iit patna.

managed cross functional teams across operations, logistics, hospitality, design, outreach, and execution.

handled ₹1cr+ in operations and coordinated with partners including adobe, isro, eternal, and pathway ai.

the entire experience trained me to operate under pressure without slowing down.

04 — content engines & marketing hacks

most products don't fail at the build. they fail at the distribution. trxnd is the kit i'm building to fix that — content engines, orchestrated conversations, and warm-lead pipelines that run on their own.

three surfaces. one thesis: founders should ship and the marketing should compound in the background.

  • trxnd.io

the platform. shared & dedicated social profiles across x, reddit, instagram, tiktok, linkedin. orchestrated conversations, narrative control, and ugc video at scale.

  • app.trxnd.io

the product surface. account orchestration, campaign scheduling, and analytics. where the engine actually runs.

  • reddit.trxnd.io

ai reddit analyzer. scans thousands of subreddits for buying-intent conversations and drafts contextual, non-spammy replies. warm leads instead of cold outreach.

shipped quietly. talked about loudly. that's the order.

05 — philosophy

i care deeply about systems.

good systems remove friction.
bad systems drain energy.

whether it's operations, software, onboarding, workflows, or communication — i like building structures that make execution feel effortless.

i think speed is a competitive advantage.

06 — fragments

  • most meetings should’ve been documents.
  • people confuse motion with execution.
  • design is operational clarity.
  • fast feedback loops change everything.
  • systems scale. motivation doesn’t.

07 — selected builds

systems shipped when something felt worth understanding or fixing.
